By using Saudi Real Estate you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: the Saudi Real Estate website and its services, operated by 1100316253.
• Advertiser: a broker or owner who publishes a listing.
• Member: someone who registers an account to request a property.
• Listing: an offer to sell or rent a property on the platform.

2. Nature of the platform

• The platform is a means to display listings and introduce brokers. We are not a party to any sale or rental between an advertiser and a visitor.
• "Verified by the platform" means the administration approved the account after reviewing the details provided. It is not a guarantee that they are correct, and it is not verification by a government body.

3. Accounts

• Give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• We may refuse registration or suspend an account for breach of these terms or suspected abuse.

4. Advertiser verification

• To publish you must complete verification, which may include uploading an identity document after your explicit consent. See the Privacy Policy.
• We may accept or reject a verification request, and we will tell you the reason for rejection.

5. Listing rules

An advertiser must:

• Enter the ad number, licensee number and licence expiry date, and they must be accurate and valid.
• Advertise only as the law allows. You are responsible for having the right to advertise the property.
• Write an Arabic description. An English description is optional.
• Update or hide the listing when the property's status changes or the licence expires.

We publish a listing only after our review, and we hide it automatically once the licence expiry date you entered has passed.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Misleading or false information, or advertising a property that is not available.
• Fraud, or pretending to be another person or entity.
• Content that breaches the law or public decency.
• Scraping user data or misusing it.
• Attempting to break into or disrupt the platform.

7. Removal and suspension

We may reject, hide or remove any listing, and suspend an account, if these terms are breached or a report needs checking. Where urgent, this may happen without prior notice. You can report any listing from its page.

8. Liability

• We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruption.
• Listing data comes from the advertiser, and you are responsible for your own decisions. Check the licence details yourself before any contract or payment.
• We are not responsible for dealings between users, except as the law requires.

Your data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date, and continued use after an amendment means you accept it.
