By using an owner account on Saudi Real Estate you agree to these terms, in addition to the Terms of use and the Privacy policy.

1. Proof of ownership

You confirm that you own the property you advertise, or that you are legally authorised to deal with it, and you upload proof of it for each property separately (the title deed or its equivalent).
Your listing is not published before the proof of ownership for that property is accepted.
The document you upload must be genuine, clear and unaltered.

Before any listing of your property is published, you provide a signed brokerage contract between you and the platform.
You download the contract template from your account, sign it and upload a clear copy of it, not a different contract.
The contract relates to the property you upload it for. A separate contract may be needed for each property, as the template states.
Uploading the contract does not mean it is accepted: the listing stays unpublished until the contract is accepted.
You do not advertise the same property through another broker or party where the contract grants us exclusive brokerage rights, as the template states.
The contract template is added by the platform team and governs the details of the relationship between you and the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing: type, price, area, location and photos, and of the permit details where they exist.
Do not upload photos you have no right to use, or information that misleads the public.
We may hide or reject any listing that breaks the terms, and we tell you why where possible.
When the property is sold, let or withdrawn, update or stop the listing without delay.

The platform protects your data as set out in the Privacy policy. Individuals' listings show no direct contact details; contact goes through the messaging inside the site.
You do not use messaging for anything other than real-estate purposes.
