Business account terms

By using a business account (company, establishment, real estate office or real estate developer) on Saudi Real Estate you agree to these terms in addition to the terms of use and the privacy policy.

1. Business and representative details

• You confirm the business details and commercial register number are correct, and that the person registering is authorised to act for the business.
• A real estate office and a real estate developer must enter the business real estate licence number.
• Approval will follow after the administration reviews the information.

2. Listings

• Every property has its own details and documents, and no listing is published before the administration approves it.
• Developer: shows ownership of the project or land and enters the advertising permit for each project.
• Real estate office: uploads the brokerage contract with the owner of each property.
• Company and establishment: authorise the platform to publish their listings for each property.

• The business alone bears full responsibility for the logo it uploads and for any violation relating to it, including intellectual property and trademark rights and its right to use it. The platform is not responsible for this and reserves the right to remove it.
• The business is also responsible for the details it displays in the directory.

3. Directory

• A verified business appears in the businesses directory with its name, type, activity regions and licence number if given, without any representative details.

4. Changes to the terms
