• Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed, never readable), preferred language.
• Identity documents: requested from advertisers only, meaning brokers and owners who publish listings. We do not ask visitors, or members who only browse or submit a property request.
• Listing and permit data: ad number, licensee number, expiry date, permit attachments, property description and photos.
• Public requests: property type, city, budget and notes.
• Complaints, reports and messages: what you write to us, and your email if you give it.
• Limited technical data: what is needed to run and protect the site, such as the sign-in session cookie and security logs.

3. Why we use your data

• We use identity documents for verification only: to confirm the advertiser's identity and the accuracy of their details. We use them for nothing else.
• We use other data to run your account, review listings, handle requests, complaints and reports, and protect the platform.

4. Consent

We ask for your explicit, separate consent before you upload any identity document. The consent states the purpose and the retention period. You may decline, but then we cannot verify you to publish listings.

5. Retention and deletion

• After verification is complete, we keep the identity document for 30 days, then delete it.
• The verification result (accepted or rejected, and the date) remains, without the document.
• We keep other data while it is needed for its purpose or while the law requires, then delete it or remove what identifies you.
• The retention period is configurable. We will update this page if it changes.

6. Who can see your data

• Identity documents: authorised reviewers on our team only. They are stored encrypted, outside the public parts of the site, and every opening is logged with its reason.
• We do not share your data with external parties.
• Your phone number, email and identity data are never shown to the public, and neither is the property request you submit.
