1. Platform rights
The name "Saudi Real Estate", its logo, design, text and software belong to 1100316253 or are used under licence. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.
2. User content
- What you publish, such as descriptions, photos and data, remains yours or belongs to whoever has the right to it.
- You confirm you have the right to publish what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Do not upload photos or text copied from other sites or sources without their owners' permission.
3. Licence you give us
By publishing content on the platform you give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display it, store it and copy it technically as needed to run the platform, for as long as it stays published. We may resize photos or strip their metadata for technical and privacy reasons. You may ask us to remove your content.
4. Marks and logos
Any name or logo of another party shown on the platform belongs to its owner. Its appearance does not mean partnership or endorsement.
5. Reporting an infringement
If you see content that infringes a right you hold, send us a notice through the Complaints page (choose "Other"), including:
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the right you hold, and what shows you own it or are authorised.
- The link to the infringing content, or the listing number.
- An explanation of how it infringes.
- A statement that what you say is true to the best of your knowledge.
6. What we do after a notice
- We receive the notice and give you a tracking number.
- We review it and may ask you for more information.
- We may hide the content temporarily while we check.
- Where appropriate, we tell the content owner so they can respond.
- We remove the content or keep it, and tell you the outcome.
We aim to reply within 5 working days. This is an operational target, not a binding promise.
7. Repeat infringement
We may suspend the account of anyone who repeatedly infringes others' rights.
8. False notices
Submitting a notice known to be untrue may expose the sender to liability under the applicable regulations.
