What we offer

• Property listings: Listings for sale and rent. Each shows its ad number, licensee number and licence expiry date.
• Broker directory: Real estate brokers with their licence number, areas of work and type, specialist or general.
• Public requests: Visitors describe the property they need. Their request is not shown to the public.

How we check listings

No listing is published before it is approved, and approval follows after the administration reviews the information. We rely on what the advertiser entered and attached, and this does not replace your own review of the details before you decide.

Approval of broker and owner accounts will follow after the administration reviews the information. "Verified by the platform" means the administration approved the account after reviewing the information. It is not a verification by a government body.
